Our New England office is located along Boston’s North Shore in the village of Newburyport, MA. Our presence in Newburyport provides companies and universities in the Greater Boston Area access to the same practical and cost-effective advice that the firm has provided to its Midwestern clients for decades.
Through the office in Newburyport, we are able to provide all of the same services to our clients as through the Milwaukee office, including for example: representing clients in complex patent litigation and pre-litigation matters; conducting IP due diligence for business acquisition and investment activities; conducting infringement and validity investigations; and, counseling clients how to design around competitor patents; as well as working with our clients to prepare and prosecute patent and trademark applications, and monetize their IP rights.
The New England office is managed by firm partner Ed Williams, who brings with him a Master’s degree in Engineering Physics, 18 years of IP law experience, and reasonable billing rates.
